Account Suspension Help
Our account has been suspended, and even after writing and emailing a plan of action we receive back the same email.
Any help in what we are missing out or not mentioning would be greatly appreciated.
Below is out POA sent to Amazon;
What went wrong.
We are an office products supplier selling stationery and workwear, we bulk uploaded one of our workwear (High visibility clothing, PPE, etc.) catalogues back in 2017 using the supplier barcodes as we do regularly for other supplier catalogues, but on this occasion our products didn’t match what we was selling and unfortunately matched to the restricted products advised.
ASIN: B004H6BOZI, Title: "CAS Hanwei PC6006KFG Tiger Elite Katana Knife our SKU: BT-WD200ROYALXL, which was uploaded as a Dickies Warehouse Coat And ASIN: B000VYWIV4 Title: "Mantis Mantis Buzzard Necessikey our SKU: BT-WD4839TRED36, which was uploaded as a Dickies Coverall. See highlighted SKU’s on attached original (from 2017) upload sheet.
Actions taking to resolve this.
The actions we have taken to resolve this is to completely remove the offending catalogue from our inventory, even though no stock was ever added (so no listings active) to it from 2017 and no items were ever sold from said catalogue, and to make sure when bulk uploading we have all correct product information and barcodes. We have also closed any listing within our inventory that may be connected with the above ASIN’s and any other restricted product violations.
Steps Taken.
As above we are making sure all product information is correct when bulk uploading. We have also added two extra steps to our upload processes for new product listings; the first one being to check for and identify any restricted products and remove before uploading and the second being to double check after uploading for any mismatches to restricted items and to delete from our inventory immediately.

Could you please post here the full suspension notice which you originally received from Amazon regarding the matter along with the rejection e-mail which includes information why your Plan of Action wasn’t accepted?
The text which you posted above isn’t a proper Plan of Action as it isn’t written in a proper format and doesn’t include enough steps and actions.
I can’t even tell why was your account suspended out of the appeal.
