Amazon removes listing and moves all stock to defective
Hi Everyone,
I hope everyone is keeping safe and doing ok during this tough time.
today something weird happened and has never happened to me before (i am a fairly new seller). Amazon has has cancelled over a 100 orders i have received over the past few days (whilst leaving some orders still standing). there was no indication to why this has happened? no email, performance notification or anything?
i have previously submitted relevant testing etc and i am 100% compliance with amazon. my account is in good standing order and very rarely have a return or complaint. i am a FBA seller.
Amazon have taken my listing down, along with its pictures and also moved all my remaining units to “unfulfillable - defective”
I am completely baffled by this,
has this happened to anyone before? or can anyone give some advice on what to do next? (ive emailed seller support) or what possibly could have gone wrong?

What category were the items concerned in?
Anything Covid related?

First thing that comes to mind is a warehouse inspection, but I doubt they’d have tested over 100 of the products, unless something has happened to them in transit that has been picked up on late on.
OR
Warehouse accident? But in that case they’d surely put them down as warehouse damaged.
You are correct, quite baffling, and a bloody awkward time to have this happen.
