Is this your first shipment ? Are you VAT registered in UK ?
Also, are you checking the product as a buyer on amazon.co.uk using a UK postcode ?
If amazon SS can see it, this is most likely the problem

Yes, my company is UK with UK VAT number, I already have an item for sale and I’ve never had this problem. But maybe you are right, now I’m on vacation with my family in Italy, could this be the reason why I see it inactive?
