Awaiting Vine Review for 2 + Months Now
I enrolled 2 ASINs for the Vine program in May 2024. I have been waiting 2 months for 1 of the reviews. I want to get more Vine reviews but everything is frozen waiting for this pending review. I have tried to contact Amazon 10 times about this and everyone I speak to is incompetent. Does anyone know how to make someone submit their Vine review or how to cancel a pending review (stop button is greyed out) or how to re-enroll ASINs?

Per our Vine Frequently Asked Questions page, "Vine Voices" are not required to leave a review on the product, but we update our pool of reviewers often in order to ensure only the most active, helpful reviewers are part of Vine.
You can only cancel an enrollment if none of the items have been claimed by Voices. If at least one item has been claimed by a Voice, the enrollment can only be stopped.
On the lighter side, we will only bill you for the enrollment after the publication of the first Vine review.
