Hi all, I have received Trademark complain because one of the image in my listings showing another brand name but it was not clear.I have removed that image straightaway and submitted all required documents. I have submitted my original invoices, my registered trademark but all have been rejected. I am only getting automated response from brand registry to submit authorization letter from, the brand who has complained about me. I am notr selling their brand but only selling my own registered brand.
what should i do. People on call do not know reasons for rejections and keep asking me to change invoices that i did but no use. what should i do now?

Why did you use an image from another brand in the first place?
Is your product the same as the listing EAN? If your product is generic or another brand, you cannot list against another brand name.
