Amazon seller account has been deactivated

Dear All,

Please suggest on this concern: Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement. All selling privileges have been removed.

I am not getting any help or revert from Amazon Team. Both account are sister concerns and documents have been submitted but it states that the account is deactivated and only when other account is active then they will activate my current selling account. I am stuck and paying for my product shelf life

I request help!!!

Based on that then, you do have two accounts? Was one suspended first for some issue?

That’s what usually happens when two accounts are linked and one of them gets suspended. It’s the risk you take when you have more than one account.

If you answer @Demel’s question, we might be able to help you reactivate the other account.
