Fake Replacement and Change the Product and Return

It has become very difficult to work in Amazon. There is a huge loss due to fake replacement and returns and not getting the original product back which has been delivered. And in that too they have stopped giving safety claim. So how can I work here? Please tell me a way to close the account so that my money does not get stuck. I will sell 50 times more from my website but you do not have to bear much loss due to these people's policies.

There is such a big problem of fake returns and replacements and not getting original products in Amazon, while I do not have a single return in Quick Commerce. What a difference, I am making profit from there, here their bullying is just a request, sometimes request before the claim and these{moderator edit }do it all.

totally agree with you, i sold 1 nos drone battery, customer returned the package with jumkas (ear rings) into the box.

Things have become very difficult.

Even customer care executives push clients to return product, whatever query client maes, they simply inject the clause into customer's mind that if they want, they can return the product.

# Fake returns and product theft are rampant.
