Our competitor who is new seller while we selling for last more than 1 year registered our brand name and hijacked our listings as our brand trademark registeration is under process.
How to remove hijacker?

As your competitor is a new seller it is likely they just listed the item under the listing they thought was the same, not understanding about brands etc.

Are you enrolled in brand registry? If so you should be able to get them removed.

so they registered your Brand Name before you did ?
presumably then yours has been rejected at the IPO as a duplicate ?!
