Hello @Seller_1jEY2eB8HJQck,

Thanks for reaching out. I have reviewed the case and see that the video shows a man who is pulling a pistol out of the bag you sell. It's likely due to the gun and how you show how easily accessible it is and how it could be used to harm others. If you are going to post a video, it cannot be something that promotes violence. I would create a new case that shows the inside of the bag and features, but with no weapon in it.

I hope this helps!

Michelle

Hello Michelle,

Thank you for reviewing my case and providing feedback.

I understand that depicting firearm usage in videos may violate Amazon’s guidelines regarding content that could be perceived as promoting violence. However, according to the guidelines, videos with guns, ammunition, or accessories can be accepted if they are related to the ASIN being sold. In this case, my product is designed specifically for firearm concealment and storage, which aligns with the product’s intended use.

Additionally, I have noticed that many of my competitors have videos showing firearms in similar contexts, which is why I believed my original video complied with the rules.

Best regards, Karolis
