My brand registry applications are getting auto rejected and it is not clear what i have supposedly done wrong. "Appeal submission for your Brand Registry enrolment application that has been rejected as the account is involved in one or more abusive conduct on our website or you are related to an account that was used for abusive conduct. Please ensure that you answer all questions or upload all documents as instructed unless it is marked optional".
My account health is in good standing order, seller account is active and i am providing all that Amazon is requesting for brand registry such as pictures and an active trademark application. Can someone from Amazon please look into this, i have worked so hard to get all my products set up for brand registry and was looking forward to getting them enrolled but i am receiving automated messages from the brand registry team that offer no help to my situation.

Are all your European / global accounts in good health?
Edit: none of your trademarks have been granted either
pretty sure they do in UK at least. They gave me the option to tick the pending trademark option so I don’t think that’s the issue. The issue may have stemmed from the fact that I used a stamp for my brand name and logo on the packaging, although I don’t think that is against their policy with regards to brand registry applications? Would appreciate if anyone could shed some light on this situation as I’m left quite confused as to why they did this.
Hi, hope this helps as I had a similar issue. So here is how I got it sorted, firstly email this email managingdirector at amazon.co.uk - then I got a new case opened by an escalation team about 24 hours later - they were much more helpful than the usual seller support team. Then they were able to identify the issue and resolve it in about 5 days. My issue was in my POA I needed to say what my preventative measures would be in the future.
also to add to this, where did you get the option to fill out a POA? I can only seem to appeal individual brand registry applications where they ask for manufacturer invoices and contracts
