Funds held in a closed amazon account

HelloWe closed our account on Amazon UK and deactivated our VAT number.After we did this Amazon found funds and added them to our &quot;Account Level Reserve&quot;We want the money but do not want to reopen the account, how can we get it? We cannot open a case to seller support.ThanksSam

you cannot- Amazon will not disperse to a deactivated account.
