Are we being persecuted by Amazon support for some reason? Please someone help
At the start of the Covid-19 thing Amazon suddenly made one of our cleaning products unavailable. They said it is a personal protection product and that we need to apply for permission to sell it. So I made three attempts to explain that it isn’t. I mean, IT ISN’T. It cleans hard surfaces in homes etc. Each time they said no with no explanation. So I thought I’ll try to get permission to sell it as that kind of product, even though it isn’t. I sent them photos as requested showing all sides of our round tub. So they come back and say the label is illegible. So I sent them a picture of the flat label. They said it needs to be attached to the product! You couldn’t make this up! The next attempt was send them the product pics and the label together. Aha they said, you can’t do that and we’ve already told you why. So I’m currently on 7th attempt in total.
I know the support guys are just ticking boxes and aren’t paid to think, or are afraid too, I don;t know. I’ve tried emailing a couple of contacts at Amazon UK, but they’ve obviously got better things to do than bother with the likes of us. Funny seeing as they were so keen to get us on board a few year ago.
If anyone has any thoughts I’d be really grateful. I’m on the verge of giving up and I’m certainly not going to consider sending any stock out of Europe and risk having it held hostage by Amazon for some spurious reason.

Hi @OpenBridge_Ltd1
Did you ever submit this form? There is a good chance it will be reinstated as previously listed.
