Charge card problems

Is it a glitch but Amazon just rejected my disbursement request rejected on the grounds that my card had “expired” or been cancelled, neither of which is true and I’ve just used it, now I have to wait another 24 hours to disburse and I’ve had to put my personal card on the account? I’ve never had this happen before although I do find it annoying I have to keep a certain balance in my current account to receive a credit (before you say it, yes my current account has money in it so its not that problem)! Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks
