Read onlyThe customer service refunded the buyer the full price and the reason was "order not received." The SAFE-T Claims team made the wrong decision as they denied my case twice and said that the item is classified as non-returnable and it is considered my responsibility!!!!! I even supported my case with a letter from Amazon customer service which confirms the reason "order not received" . "We stand by our decision" they replied back. How can I challenge that please?
