Auto-Authorised Returns - No Label Generated
We’ve recently encountered an issue with Amazon's auto-authorized return process. While customers are able to initiate returns, the system is failing to generate return Royal Mail labels, resulting in multiple (sometimes up to 8) return requests being opened for the same item, each without a label. This problem has only occurred in the last few weeks; previously, it worked without any issues.
We have reached out to Amazon support several times, but to no avail. We wanted to bring this to light here to see if anyone else has experienced the same problem. Has Amazon provided any solutions or guidance on how to resolve it?
We would greatly appreciate any advice or insights.
