Buy Shipping in Bulk issue as dont get PDF or Zip download
Hi, we are buying Amazon “buy shipping in bulk” and print labels.
in Old days, we can buy shipping in bulk and after click, we get big PDF file full of shipping labels in next windows of the browser and last page contain all shipping orders numbers.
But it seems, amazon has changed the system and now we don’t get or dont see this option, There is only PNG label, or PDF label with packaging slip which is just waste of paper to print for us in print orientation. If you buy shipping for couple of orders, then we do get Zip file which contain separate PDF files for each orders not like one big PDF for all orders. But if we try to to buy labels for such 50 orders or so then nothing happens after buying labels and no ZIP download comes. I tried Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge and all are same so no issue with browser to block the zip download.
In the end, we need to open each order and print shipping label individually from inside order page which is huge waste of time. Amazon buy shipping in bulk was working great for us and now it is full of mess.
Any tips or solutions about this issue? So we can get one big PDF file full of shipping labels with orders numbers on last page etc or at least Zip file download on system after buying labels in bulk.

They did an update, we don’t always get PDFs either. Sometimes we do, sometimes we don’t… the system seems to do its own thing. Although, I do have the orientation option to just print the label but others have mentioned the problem with orientation… as well as reprinting labels.
Seems they’ve tinkered and it’s not working for all of us.

I thought it was me who did something wrong. Exact same issue here, instead of pdf of all SFP labels, zip file that opens in music with no labels. Leaving no choice but to print them one by one which is a nightmare. Has anyone found a solution or have an update on this?
