There wasn't even a report button for me to report this review
I'm sure someone wanted to ruin my product so if anyone has experience or can guide me I would appreciate it if you could.

Nothing you can do about a single review. Amazon doesn't require a reviewer to have purchased the item or to leave any kind of comment.
A review with no comment is given less weighting by Amazon, so shouldn't impact the overall score too much.

Star Ratings (which is what it sounds like you have got) can now be left via Alexa devices - amazon will sporadically ask on Alexa what would you rate this item you bought out of 5.
If someone wanted to ruin your product, they would have left an actual negative review instead.
