Help me for charge methods

hello, I opened an amazon europe seller account, but it says that I need to update it constantly in the charge methods section, I entered new credit card information and tried again, but I can’t solve the problem for 2 days. Also, when logging into my account today, I got a warning like “One of your seller account is terminated, so please use new credentials for registration” When I looked at the performance section, I saw an article about a problem with my credit card. I couldn’t reach you please can anyone help with information?
