Fix Price Alerts

Hi - Does anyone have a quick fix for this? I’ve two products stuck on ‘Price Alert’ and I cannot get them off - The price of the product recently doubled or more, so needless to say so did the sale price.

I understand the maths behind it , sold previously lower etc. but I just want to set a new price. tbh I’ve no idea why price alerts exist and would switch them off if I could / knew how. I’ve tried everything but really dont want to call customer services unless I absolutely have to

Items are

B08NHG8F4M price 163.00 up from about 68
B01MS6TRJL price 397 uo from about 198

Both say ‘Potential high pricing error! Consider updating your price(s).’ normally I can just overwrite amend slightly but this time I can’t adjust and ‘tinkering’ doesn’t solve it

Ty for your help

‘Examples of pricing errors include offers priced below your specified ‘minimum price’, above your specified ‘maximum price’, or offers priced significantly higher than recent prices offered on or off Amazon.’

Have you tried Pricing > Automate pricing >Pre-defined Automate Pricing rule> Edit SKU?

Or just find the SKU in the app, it’s easier on there.

If not, likely the fact it is sig. higher than recent prices & their ‘market research’ from other websites.

Ty for the pointer, have checked upper/lower prices are correct but it seems to be the latter you made, ‘significantly higher than their market research’. Thing is their ‘market research’ is probably my product and yes I know prices have moved not least because the product now attracts 41% import duty.

I guess I’ll have to raise a case.
