MY BUYBOXES ARE GONE ON AMAZON MEXICO
I am doing fbm dropshipping business model in amazon mexico. My account is 1 year old and I was making very active sales. I had buybox in 3500-4000 products, my account health is 208 and all my metrics are as they should be. My feedback rate is very high, but for 3 weeks my buyboxes have been 0 and not coming, what can I do. Customer service does not give me clear information about this situation and does not help me. What do you suggest?
