I am seeking some advice regarding an issue with my SAFE-T claim for order 305-2565307-6080309. Here's a brief overview of what has happened:
We received a return that was not the product we sold. We submitted a SAFE-T claim, and it was denied, with a request for an invoice that included the serial number. We provided the requested invoice along with photos showing the serial number taken at the time of shipping. However, Amazon has continued to deny our claim and is no longer responding to our case.
I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on how to proceed or insights from anyone who has experienced a similar situation. Thank you for your assistance!
