Account Suspended Can Anyone Help?

Hello,

I’m hoping the wonderful people on these forums can help us as Amazon Support so far have been absolutely useless.

We’re in the process of setting up our Amazon Seller Central account & initially, the first credit card we tried to use was rejected by Amazon.

At the tail end of last week, we replaced the card with a different one & it was verified by all EU marketplaces & we thought that was great, last thing to do would be to submit identity information.

However, we’ve logged in today to find a message saying that the credit card is invalid, even though it was verified on Friday. What’s weird is when you go to the ‘Seller Account Information’, there is no error messages next to ‘charge method’ (see attached).

We tried emailing Amazon Support & they’ve just said to click on ‘Account Health’ under ‘Performance’ but when we do that, we’re just being kicked back to the credit card error message, even though the credit card was verified on Friday & we’re not seeing any error messages next to ‘charge method’.

This is driving us mad, does anyone have any suggestions on how we can resolve this?
