Im creating a listing but they ask i need a permanently affixed logo on the product and or packaging. I sent them the logo affixed on the packaging. However, they still said "We have completed our review and have concluded that your brand does not meet our criteria for approval.
In the provided images, we do not see sufficient proof that the branding is permanently affixed to the product and/or packaging, per the Brand Name Policy. In future, if you would like to request another review, we require new images that show the logo is permanently affixed to the product and/or packaging…
Do you typically give them a logo on the product aswell as the packaging or how do you usually get accepted to sell a new product with your brand?

not a sticker, the supplier who made the packaging said Your logo will be cut from a piece of vinyl with a plotter knife.
