Printing Postage lable. Printer jam. How to print again?

Hi, i’ve just started printing postage lables bought from amazon, but my printer had a paper jam and now i can’t find how to print a copy of the postage lable.

Also once printed out can i just pop them in the post box or do they need to be scanned at the post office?
Forgive my ignorance in this matter its all new to me !
Thank you.

If you go back into the order there is a tab to reprint the label.

You can just pop in postbox, but personally I do take them to the PO and get them scanned and get a proof of posting receipt, which is what you will need to claim from RM in case of an INR.

Thank you, found where to get a re-print.

I took them into the post office and they scanned each one individually, so first scan is when i used buy amazon postage, second scan was at post office then hopefully last scan at delivery…
My question is why can’t i just stick a signed for lable on, input number manually in dispatched and then it will be scanned at the post office, this will save me a bunch of time.
VTR related by the way.
Thank you.

Postage bought on amazon doesn’t require any scans for VTR

Thank you. So best to continue to buy from amazon to protect my VTR.

So for example could i just buy 1st class large letter via amazon and that would fine for VTR?

Wish you worked for amazon support i’m sure you know more than them.

Many Thanks… again
You’ve definitely earned wine/beer from all you help out.

Not really, that is not a scan, just inputting the info into your shipment.

Will it really save you time though ?
By the time you’ve gone into the order, confirmed shipment and typed in the number manually and written the address etc, wouldn’t be much more time ?

Any postage you buy from Amazon will be fine for VTR - either tracked or untracked methods, 1st or 2nd class etc.

No, you can just pop in the postbox, but as I said earlier, if you do want to claim from RM if an item genuinely gets lost, you will need the proof of posting receipt from the PO to make a claim.
