Account under review for 2nd time - other policy violations

We have contacted account health team and seller support team for more than 10 times but with no solution for the issue at hand.

The issue we are facing is we have received policy violation under account health and we have submitted 4 different suppliers invoices and none of those were passed by the internal team, each time giving us ridiculous answer- team was not able to validate the invoice, with no explanation what so ever, we contacted each of our suppliers but none of them received any sort of communication from the amazon.

Also, our account was put under review for the 2 nd time with 97.5% VTR and on time delivery rate, with more than 4000 units sold in fba the same model we are not able to sell in MFN.

If you can please help us in sorting these 2 issues will be greatly appreciated because our account has 98% feedback and 100 % delivery rate average and we are more than capable to fulfil the orders with the inventory we hold but with fear of receiving more policy violations we are not able to update our inventory because we have received 29 policy violations for which we have appealed thrice already now and the 4th one just got rejected this week with same reason - not able to validate invoice.

Also, no funds are available to request for disbursement since 11/1/2025 and now today we are being told that our account health is prime with good feedback so it should not be kept under review and the seller support team says there is no issue .

If you can please escalate the issue further and resolve it so that we can sell the goods we have bought in good faith to be sold on amazon.
