Read onlyDoes anyone have experience with these false Intellectual property complaints from competitors? One has gone as far as to register a Trademark which they have included in the complaint (the actual rights owner is in the process of having this cancelled).
We go back and forth with us submitting invoices from our authorised UK distributor in the supply chain and these are accepted, however, in this instance seller support have rejected them, even though they resolved other identical cases.
Does anyone know what to do next? Any invoices we submit now are going to be rejected. Not only is the lack of consistency by Amazon incredibly frustrating but its infuriating that they allow this in the first place.
Any advice would be appreciated.
