What am I supposed to do? My brain switched off after elaborative description, it might be the heat or the fact that I don't have a PhD, but I am puzzled by this.

If you're not aware of them their surname is Ot and they work 24/7 in Seller Support, an amazing employee as they never take holidays or require a pension plan, however their grasp if issues sometimes leaves a little to be desired.
elaborative description is simply bot speak for more information and basically yes you'd like to see the brand name updated to the real brand. Another bot will take it from there.
