Hi. I've been hit with an authenticity claim. Obviously, seller support does not help, reject every document uploaded, does not give any reasons for it. What should I do?
I'm starting to expand with Amazon abroad as well but I fear that this might be a big mistake.

I have had the same issue for the last 4 weeks and our products are genuine. No amount of uploading the invoices moves the case along. Someone from seller support in our case called and were rude to our suppliers. If this is what it means to give our invoices to seller support and they ignore them and call our suppliers and tell them they are selling fake products then its questionable why we are giving our invoices?
