'Grace Period' for new VTR rules
‘The changes will come into effect on March 1, 2023, with a grace period until March 31, 2023, to allow you to make the required adjustments’ …does this mean that I can continue using up my stock of postage stamps during March and although my VTR will doubtlessly plummet I won’t get penalised?

A lot of us would like to know the answer to that!
On the face of it, Amazon’s latest announcement about the ‘grace period’ susggests it should be ok but who knows?
VTR is calculated retrospectively so we can only hope that whoever made the announcement had that in mind.
If we are penalised for using stamps in March we could always appeal by pointing to the announcement where we were told it was allowable but no one wants to rely on making an appeal to Amazon if it can be avoided.
