I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue to what we're facing.
Our products are listed as both FBA and FBM, with different SKUs for each. The problem occurs when our FBA listing becomes inactive, for instance, when it goes out of stock. In such cases, our FBM listing takes over the Buy Box, but for some reason, it's being assigned the price from our FBA listing, despite the fact that our FBM product has a completely different, higher price. Unfortunately, we've already sold dozens of products at a loss because of this issue.
This problem is occurring in multiple countries where we use the PAN EU program, including Germany, Spain, Italy, France, and others.
We've opened cases regarding this but haven't been able to find a permanent solution. I've been informed that on Amazon's side, our FBA listing appears twice for each product—once as "Fulfilled by FBA" (which is correct) and once as FBM (which is incorrect). I was told that this can be resolved by uploading a CSV file via import. I followed the provided instructions, filled out the file, and uploaded it. While this temporarily fixed the issue, the problem reappears after just a few hours. In fact, the last time we did this, it didn’t even fix it for a short time.
Has anyone encountered this, and if so, how did you manage to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Could you share the case ID that you mentioned in the post ?
Did you come back to the SPS Team in the same case and let them know that the proposed solution did not work ?
