Is it possible to add writing to the amazon packing slip?
ie please leave feedback at the bottom of the slip in printed form?

I used to pass my packing slip through my printer a 2nd time to add a request for feedback. I stopped because the results did not seem worth the effort.

I sometime cut and paste the address to edit in another word application, ie notes or text edit on mac, then you can add whatever you want. I Have to do this often as name and/or address may need correcting.

It already says something along those lines but other than to check the order, I don’t think people pay much attention to what’s on the packing slip. It would probably be better to put something completely separate in there. At least then people would be more likely to read it.

I always putting a separate note in explaining there is an issue with the messaging system and that we respond to every message sent and mention that feedback is always appreciated.

the standard Amazon packing slip already has something about how to leave feedback. Rather than adding a separate message, you can use a highlighter to draw attention to it. I don’t bother with any further efforts to encourage feedback. Amazon already send a feedback reminder; I don’t like being bombarded with messages from Amazon, and I suspect most buyers feel the same way. The best way to get positive feedback is to provide excellent service; and to grade/describe items such that the buyer may be pleasantly surprised. I get quite a few feedbacks along the lines of “better condition that I expected”.
I sometimes add a handwritten personalised message on the packing slip. For example, I recently sold a book to its author; and added a message about how good I thought the book was.
I also include an additional message with any orders that appear to have been placed by a drop-shipper, asking the addressee to confirm receipt both to the person who ordered the book for them, and to me.
