Can't find negative review to answer it?
Hi All
I have a new negative review on product B07H6PSVD4. 27/9/2021 from a Louise apparently verified purchase.
It does not show up on any order for any Louise in last 90 days. There is only one order for a Louise who I have sent a refund offer to, in hope it is her and she will just remove the review after refund.
The negative review does not show up in Feedback Manager. Feedback Manager does show 8 reviews that do not show up on products they relate to on the product page.
I have no idea what going on here but need to find correct order to answer it and try and remove it since it must be a post delivery issue. Not that the client will accept that, but bottles don’t leak upwards, and if our product leaked in Amazon there would be hell to pay.
Any pointers gratefully received.

I hope when sending a refund offer to the customer, you haven’t even mentioned the review!
If you have, then Amazon could very easily see it as offering a bribe to remove the review.
But honestly, one bad review is not such a big deal. It’s quite possible that during transportation it was damaged, but noticeably so. This then resulted in a leak, when left on a shelf.
Anyone seeing that something leaked, would probably presume this anyway when seeing the review.

You seem to be confusing review and feedback. You cannot respond to reviews, but can do so for feedback. Reviews do not show in feedback manager and feedback won’t show as product reviews.

I’m sure it won’t have been kept upright by RM/courier on its journey to the customer!

Sometimes names given for a verified product review have no relation to the actual name of the person who ordered it - you can chose a name - any name - under which your reviews appear…

Are you sure it was a verified purchase? I have bad reviews on items I have never even sold. People can leave reviews without purchasing an item on Amazon. It isn’t like the other selling platforms. The competition will often leave bad reviews.

Reviews are not about the seller. They are about the product.
So, as a buyer, I bought a relatively low-cost electrical product, which came with a 10 year warranty. After 6 weeks of use, the on/off button stopped working. I contacted the seller and they said that, as it was an FBA product, it would be easier if I reordered it and they would refund me as a way of dealing with a warranty replacement.
The 2nd one arrived and, after 4 weeks of use, the (cheap unbranded batteries that come with these products) ran out and I changed the batteries for new ones. It wouldn’t switch on. I tried 3 sets of brand new leading brand batteries and another set out of a product I knew was working, but couldn’t get it to switch on. I wasn’t willing to keep doing this every few weeks - it was a waste of time and I didn’t want to have to keep taking things to the electronics recycling centre, so I bought a more expensive brand.
I left good feedback for the seller, but the product review was a different matter. The product review had nothing to do with the seller, but I would have liked to know before buying that item that someone had 2 of them and they both stopped working after a few weeks.
