Item not received....after 6 years
I have just received a message from a customer in Germany asking where his t-shirt is. I knew straight away that it wasn’t recent as we haven’t sold that particular design for many years. Turns out he ordered in April 2016.
What’s the bet he opens an A-Z (is he allowed to after that length of time?) and our Lords and masters at Amzn towers refund him immediately.
You just couldn’t make this up…
Rant over:)

I had a customer on ebay threaten to take me court over a watch battery. My listing said that the battery typically lasts 10 years.
He said the battery had run out after 7.
The watch cost £14.99.

I have had some phishing emails from amazon.de customers
but the order numbers and customer names are genuine.
asking for invoices/assembly/warranty enquiries.
I dont think it is rogue customers - but real data being used as phishing exercise
(attachments with trojans and dodgy links)
