Vat invocies for vat on all fees for the month of august
Where can I download VAT invoices from Amazon that show the VAT I paid on all fees for the month of August? They have uploaded some in my tax document library, but not all of them, and I see absolutely no guides from Amazon on where to get a complete, comprehensive breakdown of all VAT paid on fees. This includes VAT on selling fees, referral fees, FBA fees, storage fees, selling plan fees, removal fees, and UPS partnered carrier fees – absolutely everything! The month ended 12 days ago, and I need to file my VAT return. I think it is shambolic how they are not guiding sellers on where to get all these documents! @Amazon, sort it out. I need help!

THIS IS MY QUESTION ALSO, I RECIEVED THIS TWO WHICH IS COMPLETLY WRONG, SELLING ON AMAZON FEES SOULD BE 3/4 TIMES MORE ACCORDING TO AMAZON MONTHLY SUMMERY AND FULFILMENT BY AMAZON FEES (NO VAT ON IT) ABSOLUTELY DON'T UNDERSTAND.

August 2024 Merchant VAT Invoice (Selling on Amazon Fees) - OK. One line with 20% VAT that corresponds to Aug 2024 Custom Summary Report.
Fulfilment by Amazon Tax Invoice (Fulfilment by Amazon Fees) - one line with no VAT for one unit sold despite we've sold many units in Aug 2024. Seems invoice is not correct as it does not corresponds to Aug 2024 Custom Summary Report. Does VAT is applicable to Fulfilment by Amazon Fees?
Where's the rest and what to do?

I think amazoin have really ballsed it up this month and they are going to owe compensation to sellers. These invoices afre extremely wrong and they dont even seem to provide them for vat on storage fees, removal orders fee, ups partnered carrier fees!!!!

I think the invoices with 0% VAT are for orders that were placed by customers before 1st August, but then didn't get dispatched until 1st August or onwards. Then those orders that were placed from 1st August onwards will incur the VAT.
Then if you have any Credit Notes with 0% VAT as well, they will be for orders from before 1st August.
That's how it makes sense to me at least.
But like you, we have not had our Fulfillment by Amazon fees invoice for August yet with the VAT added. It's the last invoice we need to be able to submit our VAT return to HMRC - not that Amazon seems to care about that!

I have multiple invoices now but they are all wrong. Either at 0% VAT or significantly too small.
What a shambles.
EDIT - Actually I am now really confused, I have 42 invoices relating to last month! Some have VAT and some don't. It seems totally random.

amazon you need to look at this as you are charging the VAT but not invoicing it, which is wrong.

I am also in the same boat - no FBA vat invoices for August and the ones I have received for FBM fees are not making sense when compared to the account activity report 1st-31st August 2024

Some Progress to a ticket raised on this issue
Amazon now say
"We understand your concern with regard to the new invoices provided for Amazon fees.
We are aware that not all invoices has been generated in your selling account. There has been a technical issue; please be informed that these will be generated in your account as soon as the issue is resolved. We are unable to provide you with an exact date of resolution, however, be assured that it will be resolved as soon as possible. "
No date given - but at least they are accepting its problem
