Brand name changed on listing
I REALLY hope someone can help me. I’ve tried loads of Amazon case logs and am getting absolutely nowhere.
I sell this product in the US and someone has taken my brand name on the listing https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0849QHH3X?ref=myi_title_dp&th=1. It used to be called ‘Barry Lewis’ now it says ‘GiniHomer’ - I have no association with them whatsoever, they are Barry Lewis baking mats, my name is Barry Lewis, my name is on the product, the box, etc everywhere, but one day I logged in and the name was changed to GiniHomer.
It’s also been changed from being under kitchen utensils to HDMI cables, I have tried everything to try and get this changed, any edits I try to make say ‘you are not the brand owner, contact brand owner to make this change’ …
I have the trademark pending in the US and already registered Barry Lewis trademark in the UK and just want to get the name back. If anyone has any help with this I would massively appreciate it, here is the listing, I have 700+ units stuck there at present that I want to sell and my case logs to date have been extremely unhelpful.
Thanks in advance, any help would be massively appreciated.

Just an update I think this is resolved. I managed to speak to someone in US Amazon that spent 45 minutes reading through all the old case logs etc raised. They have changed the brand for me (well, it wasn’t just the brand, it was also the manufacturer) and they think because it was listed before I was registered for brand registry, they could pounce on it, so they have changed it back - I have to wait 24 hours for that to take effect, then give them a call to change it back from HDMI cables to baking mats and then link that product to my brand registry. So it may take a few more days, but looking positive.
Apparently this is a lot harder now with brand registry in place but something all sellers should try to keep an eye on as people are targeting listings with good reviews to take them out of the competition as they may have a competing product - hence the baking mats going to HDMI cables and not easy to find at all.
I must say thanks to everyone for the support both on here and on private messages for hints and advice, but I hope to not have to experience this again lol

Have you tried a file upload ?
Are your GS1 barcodes registered to the brand name ?
Your units are on sale in US

Hey @PeterB,
Thanks for tagging me, not really brand hijacking, but more so category changes, that said I can look into this. @Barry_Lewis are you registered on Brand Registry?

Ahhh, I see now, thank you @The_Little_Shop and @PeterB for you clarifications! I don’t have a quick fix now, but would you know of any workarounds?

Hey @Barry_Lewis,
I will recommend that you review this, Amazon intellectual property policy, and then seeing as you are the brand owner try submitting an abuse report, you can file one here Report abuse, more specifically this one The Product Detail Page has been changed to represent a different product.
I really hopes this helps, please do reach back out to this thread to let us know how it goes!
Regards,
Winston
