Help Printing GS1 Barcodes
Hello everyone
My partner and I are planning to sell some items on Amazon, we have ordered the products and had my amazon seller verification meeting this morning.
I have ordered the starter 10 package with GS1 and have 10 different GTIN 13 numbers.
Only issue is I am struggling with how to actually print them. I’ve edited one of them with company name etc on GS1 and have seen that they should be printed on an A4 27 Barcode sheet but I have no idea how to get the downloaded image of the barcode to print in that format. I’m hoping that the A4 27 Barcode sheet would be compatible with the average household printer?
Please could you help.
Thank you
Esther and Neill

That’s got to be a first, you actually had a meeting with Amazon for verification?
As to the barcodes, you really should be using anything but a standard inkjet printer, as the ink can smudge. That’s official line on Amazon anyway.
If you can, your better of using a thermal printer, or a laser. But it will depend on the volume.
However, do you actually need to put the labels on your product? Will you be selling via FBA? If so, you can simply use the FNSKU labels that Amazon provide.
If you plan on using comingled inventory, then you really should have the barcode printed direct onto the product packaging anyway.
