This seems a bad plan initially BUT, when you sell LOW value items, which are damaged or faulty, its a godsend, so you dont end up paying £2-3 to get back a 99p item, you dont really want anyway!
Its a Crock for higher value stuff, sure, but for us its a winner, albeit in a limited way!

I bought an item a couple of weeks ago for about £1.50 from Amazon and when it came through they’d sent the wrong colour. I requested a return and amazon auto refunded without needing the item returned. So I guess amazon do offer returnless refunds…on very very low value items.
