Change of Legal Identity Account Verification
Has anyone previously changed their account from a sole trader to a ltd company? I registered the change of legal identity on the 1st and today received an email requesting information about this change (asking reasons for change and who beneficiaries are - see image).
How long roughly does it take from this stage to get the account reinstated? And are they likely to ask for further information? - I submitted answers to their questions pretty much straight away!
Just asking as Amazon is about 50% of my business so we’ve been taking a bit of a hit since Friday! I’ve read some horror stories on here but they are from a few years ago (hopefully things have improved since then … Wishful thinking maybe!).

My understanding is it now takes about 30 days, but I am currently in the same process. I made Amazon aware about a week before you, but have still not heard anything. How did you ‘register the change’? I used the seller verification email address. Did you raise a ticket with the help desk first?
