20% tax problem
I made sales in Mexico 1 year ago. After making sales for 3-4 months, they deducted 20% of the total sales from my account under the name of "income tax". This happened without my knowledge. When I talked to them on the phone, they said they would refund me, but there was no solution. Could you please help in this regard.
