hello my amazon uk account has been waiting for verification for 40 days. why is the process so long ? are there other people waiting for a long time like me ? please inform me

Based on Amazon's requirements, 10 days ago, we submitted the required information for verification. We checked our Account Identity Information. It shows like below:

'We are validating your information

We may need to request details from you during this review, please check the Performance Notification section and respond to any requests related to your payments account.

This validation can take up to 24 hours, and might take up to 10 working days in some cases. During this time, your Identity Information cannot be edited'

It has been over 10 days as it says and we have not received any more information. Wrote two emails to the registration team and have had no responses, wrote two tickets on Amazon. On both, they replied, that the other team does the registration verifications.

Currently, our account has already been suspended. We do not know what we can do besides waiting...

Has anyone else had such an issue, where it took longer than it should and is there anything from our end we can do?

I dispatched shipment to Amazon depot with reference number "FBA15JPP3S3X" on 08/11 through Parcel Force, it was delivered on 12/11. Today is 29/11, and still shipment is not moving in Amazon depot. Have contacted twice through support, same robotic answer, product can take 5 to 10 days to live.

In this case 18 days gone, nothing happening

Another shipment with reference number "FBA15JQJCTV0" delivered to Amazon depot on 19/11, again 10 days gone and no movement.
