GTIN Number Help

Hello, brand new to selling on Amazon!

We have got a brand new product developed ourselves. We have a GTIN-13 number for our products but when entering it into the field it says there are not enough digits.

Tried opening a case but just getting auto emails back each time.

Any ideas of what we can do?

Did you select EAN from the drop down menu ?
