Selling fees/subscription costs

I have a pro account for my business, so I pay £25 a month (£30 this month for some reason), but I have been getting fees on each item I sell, when I signed up to Pro it said no fees on sold items yet im getting charged, why am I paying £25 and why am I getting charged selling fees?

If only.

The pro-account just means you don’t pay a fixed per-item fee in addition to the 15% or whatever it might be for your category.

VAT, it will be the same every month.
As Rugsy says, the monthly fee is instead of the per item fee of an Individual account, but all the other selling fees remain on either type of account.
If you sell at least 34 items per month then the Pro account is cheaper, plus if gives you access to some categories that the Individual account doesn’t, and also some reports are available on a Pro account only.

Wish I could tell you it is a mistake but I am afraid it is not . Everyone would have opted for the £25 per month subs if it meant no other selling fees .

No such luck
