We had an order from down the road, so decided to self-deliver. Handed it to the customer and had a chat with her as she was expecting AMAZON van and not private parcel without amazon label.

One week later customer sends message that she never received it and raised return request for item she didn't receive! What is she planning to return if she claims it wasn't received ? awaiting for atoz claim.

what will be the best action to take against a fraud customer recently our courier delivered a parcel and they always deliver a parcel if someone is available to receive the parcel. Now the customer is contacting us and saying that he didn't receive it and the courier has a sign proof also but the buyer says it's not his sign.

i dropped a parcel off to evri parcel shop on friday for amazon fbm

i was given a blue card as a receipt.

when i am tracking it it shows the tracking number on the blue card as a vinted parcel.

i dont use vinted.

my parcel tracking number on amazon shipments shows ti still have not dropped the item as of yet.

went to the shop yesterday and they said they dont the parcel. was a big box!

cant contact evri and not sure what to do. :(

cant count is a lost shipment at according to evri ive not even dropped it off yet!
