Identical Buyer Refund Messages
Hi Everyone,
I wonder if anyone else has experienced this. I have searched for similar threads but can’t find the same issue discussed. In past few weeks I have received quite a lot of “Order Not Received” refund requests on small orders posted with Royal Mail, 24 or 48 CRL Large Letter. The message is copied below.
I still have not received my order even though the estimated delivery date has passed. Can you process a full refund for my order no. xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx
We all know that the Royal Mail deliver a LARGE amount of mail/parcels without a delivery scan and the consequences of this, but it seems as these “Customers” are being coached how to obtain free products from Amazon and their hard working sellers?
I am aware that the majority of Amazon customers are good honest people and we are eternally grateful to them.
Is this normal ? I’m sure we are not unique, any advice would appreciated.
Thank you, have a great week…

I have had the exact same message a couple of times.
I assume it is an Amazon generated message based on there being no delivery scan or tracking confirmation.
I have noticed a small increase in INR’s in recent weeks. Some people I believe are working the system to get a refund but I also think there are issues with Royal Mail delivering on time.
