unable to send courtsey replacement for FBA customer
A customer ordered the wrong sized product, returned it and left a negative review. Since I use FBA, I cannot explain this to the customer, nor send a courtesy replacement. We are a new seller and with very few reviews, so one negative review makes us look very bad!
Is there any way to manage this buyer's experience?

I am sorry to hear you have a product review problem with this FBA order. I looked at the order and I can see that the order was placed for this product:
- Audible SteelTM Bent Steel Saddles for S-style Guitars (Nickel, 10.8 mm)
What this tells me is there may be a problem in the Fulfillment Center. You should contact support and ask them to do a Bin Check for the ASIN / FNSKU. Based on the images posted by the buyer, it appears that they did get a size different from 10.8 mm.
