Incorrect Shipping Tracking Number
I use FBM and have recently started to sell items. Today I have realised that I have been adding the wrong number into the shipping tracking field. This has resulted in my customers items being shown as lost, late or not delivered - even though they have all been received as shown on my parcel delivery account…
I have tried to explain this to seller central, but they said they cannot change this.
This is preventing me getting reviews.
Any ideas on rectifying this for past orders please?

How many orders are you talking about? People rarely leave reviews on Amazon so I wouldn’t worry about it too much, but from now on make sure to add the correct tracking details to prevent problems.

I don’t understand - what is preventing you getting reviews? Generally you get very, very few reviews for orders (in my experience below 1%)
I believe you can go back and edit/update tracking information, but it won’t affect anything. Amazon disregard any tracking information that is not provided when dispatch is confirmed. So if you mark an item dispatched, then add tracking information afterwards, this is not counted as valid tracking.
