Some helo with RM non delivery claims
Just looking for some help on this, I have to claim for a tracked order that has gone missing, the customer stated it was stolen from their doorstep.
Not submitted a claim for ages, just wondering if a seasoned pro out there can give me some info on the best way to submit a claim, do I claim for cost price or sale price? Also a link would be great.

RM will not pay out a claim if showing as delivered - have you checked the tacking on the RM website ?
How does your customer know it was stolen from their doorstep ?
To the best of my knowledge, RM do not leave tracked parcels on the doorstep, but will take back to delivery office. They would (should) have left a card to arrange re-delivery or to collect.
You need to tell your customer that RM do not leave tracked parcels on doorsteps.
My gut feeling is they are trying to scam you .
