VAT UK Registration
Sorry if this sounds naive,
My trading company is based in the UK. Can I have a VAT reg number even when my annual turnover is less than 80K?

A couple of questions:
Are you resident in UK ? - ie. actually live here ?, or have you simply a registered office here ?
Do you plan to store goods in UK for FBA ?
(though I see that you have been here since 2020 ?)
Yes, you can register for VAT below the threshold if you want to, and is prudent to do so (eg. if you sell zero rated goods)
It is 85K turnover, not £80.
