Shipping advice needed, Box in a box shipping for mix items
Hello,
My last shipment to Doncaster was a total mess, i send mix box with 4 items and for some reason all of them were assign to same SKU and nothing got resolved.
Question is, as i am shipping from overseas i cannot ship them into smaller boxes due to costing. If i do a mix box again, will it be OK i add all my different items in separate box with label outside so whoever is sorting it will know they are different items. All those different smaller box will be in the main box to Amazon.

does each item inside the box have its own barcode?
When you create the shipment are you telling Amazon that you are sending them case packed items? (which I presume you should be if you are sending them smaller boxes inside the larger boxes?)
I send mixed boxes in all the time (my last box had 70 different skus in it) and they never mix my stock up, but then I put FNSKU’s on literally everything and everything is loose inside the big box (no smaller boxes)

Hi there, new here and a new seller also. Has this happened at LBA4? I’ve literally just opened a case with Amazon because I sent in 7 mixed SKU’s and for some reason they have booked 40 onto one SKU and 40 onto another when I sent in 20 of each SKU so now I’m worried that if a customer orders a particular product they’re going to receive another.
There is no way I could have mixed up the FNSKU labels as it’s all manufactured by us to send into Amazon and the amount of labels generated were the exact number I sent in. Not sure where I go from here but I’m hoping they can sort it out pretty pronto.

Update on my similar issue. Opened a case with SS this morning, they have already moved 20 from one FNSKU to the other and is now sellable. Just waiting on the other FNSKU to move and then it’s all sorted. So it must be an issue behind the scenes.
