Amazon will not call you. Is the related account deactivated? Or are you saying that the account has two owners?

A seller account can NOT have a co-owner. The owner is or a BUSINESS or an INDIVIDUAL with ONE email address.
A seller can NOT be owner of TWO accounts unless he proves a commercial need for that.
So, you have to ask the OWNER of the related account that he has to FIX HIS ACCOUNT. If he doesn't fix his account your account will also remain suspended.
Amazon will never give you access to an account who rightfully belongs to someone else.
